Over the course of about 30 years, Yacouba Sawadogo used ancient and modern permaculture techniques and sheer guts to push back the African desert and reclaim and reforest over 50 acres of previously barren land.
Wow! He did what scientist and professionals only dreamed was possible. Now these scientists visit his “garden” to study with and learn from him.
